If it has happened, then it is our eyes.  Today many works have started happening only in front of the computer,  all work related to banking, education, engineering, technology, and if nothing else, every hand has got work i.e. mobile in every hand.  In which 3G, 4G, and now 5G have brought the world in hand in the speedy data network.  Due to the increasing use of mobile, all the hours are spent without blinking. Due to this, the green eyes have to suffer the most. In such a situation, there is a need for the right information related to the eyes,  some yoga,  exercise, and proper eating habits,  we have to pay attention in time so that the light of the eyes like this lake never diminishes, these beautiful eyes do not become canker.

Rub the palms together and cover the eyes with them. Stay like this for 5-15 minutes and take deep breaths. 

Do this exercise daily for a  few minutes.

Turn round eyes

Rotate the eyes first 10 times clockwise and 10 times anti-clockwise. This is a great exercise for better eyesight.  It removes dryness and reduces eye strain.

 Rotate the eyes in an  X shape.  This exercises the muscles of the eyes and they become flexibleFor this, you can do it comfortably while sitting on the ground or chair. Do this 10 times in the beginning, 2-3 times as needed.

For this, stand or sit as you wish. Keep the thumb of your hand at a distance of 10 inches from the face. Focus on something at a distance of 10-20 feet in front. Now look at the thumb firstthen  10-20 feet Away on that thing.  In the meantime, keep taking deep breaths.

This exercise improves your focusing power. The muscles of the eyes are exercised and they become strong. Sit in a comfortable position.
